iOS 7 Travel Time

I wish there was a way to manually "check in" with frequent locations.

I don't know what rhyme or reason this feature follows as far as when it decides to figure out where you are. I go to work and home every day and yet the frequent locations tagged me at a mall I went to 1 time.

I'm having a similar issue. Besides my home and work location it lists a place a drove past 6 times in the last three weeks but where I did not stop once… and there is no way to delete this location that serves no purpose for me

The setting doesn't seem to be there on an iPad mini 3g.

Why can't you delete it from the "frequent locations" area in settings?

He could "Clear History", but that would presumably take him back to Day Zero with all his locations.

Travel time finally showed up in notifications but not showing current traffic estimate but an average time based on previous travel time to that locations. Case in point, today in my town is a holiday so traffic was next to zero and it took me half the time estimated time as opposed to what it usually takes

Is the traffic notification US only? I'm in Italy with frequent locations enabled since sept 18 but no traffic info for me

Italy is included.

However my country is not so the frequent location is pretty much useless to me and I've turned it off.

Do you walk down an empty dirt road or something?

A drive to my work takes somewhere between 25 and 70 minutes, depending on the traffic. Knowing what the current number is sure isn't pointless.

No not a dirt road but it is a small village but my journey to work is along a proper road with cars and everything i just leave so early i don't have to worry about traffic
