As I said, I deleted all photos off of my phone. Including the ones in the places you mentioned. I have lost 3GB to a very serious glitch

I had this issue too. To resolve it, I connected my phone to a Windows PC with no iTunes. Window prompted me to import the photos on the device, I did so and chose to delete the pics once imported. This seemed work okay. Freed up the phantom space.

I reported a bug

----------

And my data usage seems to be abnormally high too. Used around 300mb in a day and I have no idea where.

19+ pages of impatience, did not realize people were all over a beta version vs waiting for final release. I wish I had all that time on my hands must be nice :D

AT&T iPhone 5

Ever since I've switched to Beta 2 from Beta 1 my phone has been going from 4G to 3G when it should not be. The only way to turn my 4G back on is for me to restart my phone. Any suggestions, or is anyone else having this bug as well?

not the only one, i was also experiencing this even after a few clean installs and that huge bug was what initially brought me back to 7.1.1 i need my 4G/LTE on the go.

Many others have these bug, too.
No other solution then waiting for the next beta or switching back to iOS 7.1.1.

I don't necessarily need 4G/LTE on the go all the time, all thought it is nice. But even when it switches to 3G I get no data connection, none of my apps can connect to the internet. Hopefully they can get this fixed in Beta 3

Same here on iPhone 5, EE. Weird thing is last night after updating OTA to beta 2 I had 4G. This morning I had 3G showing and toggle in settings was enable 3G. Rebooted and this changed to enable 4G but it wont connect to a 4G network.

Very annoying!

I'm exactly same as you. iPhone 5 with ee. After upgrade to beta 2. The 4G was working when I was in 4G area. After I left the area once, 4G never back any more. Now I'm hoping Beta 3 can fix it.

Are group messaging limited to certain carriers or countries? Cause I couldn't find it in messages app

Add me to the list on this one as well.

Phone completely unusable

Randomly my iPhone freezes and becomes completely unresponsive. It has happened twice now and the first time it froze with my screen up so I just waited for the battery to die but this time it happened with the phone locked so there's no telling if or when it will die. My power button is broken as well so I can't try to restart it. When I plug it into my mac iTunes doesn't detect anything so I can't restore it. Is there anything I can do?

Keyboard clicks turn on randomly.

podcast app keeps playing in the background when a phone all comes in, but it won't play an audio podcast in the background when phone locks (argh!!)

Sometimes Facebook and the message app put the keyboard sideways and it won't react to orientation (exit app, double click and close app is only way to fix that one)

Occasional crash of app or even phone itself needing a reset.

"Hey Siri" works great, just don't say anything even remotely close to Siri or it wakes up.

So far nothing critical, just annoying bugs, but it's only beta 2, but I don't remember betas for 7 being so annoying lol

just found this in the iCloud storage settings, i swear it wasn't there a couple days ago, but i could be wrong...

A few bugs I've found is that start up time on my iPhone 5 has gone from around 20 seconds to about 2 minutes. One that hasn't been mentioned is if you have message preview turned off, but the message contains an emoji character, when the banner is shown if the phone is unlocked, it still says 'iMessage' but that emoji is overlayed on the word with the according amount of space taken by the text of the message.

Safari is causing any music playing to stop when a webpage is opened, on my iPad Air and iPhone 5s.

This! All over the place. Apps and settings (keyboard sounds, battery percentage, bluetooth) randomly reset to default without a re-spring or anything. I know this is life with a beta, but I've never wanted a new beta more than today :)

Suffering from both of these.

It definitely was not!! I was having a lot of issues with my iCloud Photo library..

Does it let you delete your iCloud Photo library from that menu?

I tried tapping and swiping. No luck. Looks like it is just there to show how much you are using, for now.
