At some point if some1 could post weather this beta is as insanely unstable as the beta 2 was, that would be greatly appreciated.

I was going to say that, but the text at the bottom I think is new. The timeframe left for a specific set of photos marked for deletion?

Does one need to be on Beta 2 to be able to get Beta 3 download under "Software Update?" I'm on Beta 1 and my phone tells me that my software is up to date.
For betas yes. You need to update in sequence for OTA. You can still do beta 1 to 3 update but you need to do it via iTunes and the IPSW.
Oh, didn't see that part. The text at the bottom of each pic is definitely new.
It's working for me. This is the first time I checked since in beta. Not sure if I'm an exception so YMMV.

They fixed the lag scrolling up and down in the music library. I workout a lot and this was annoying , it's finally fixed !

Anyone have a link to the Beta 3 Release Notes? The Dev site still seems to have the notes from Beta 2.
Actually, this thread is so active that nobody will do it just for you, especially since you posted it so early in the thread. Like I said, you don't need to ask people to do that because people have been posting about how stable every beta is on this site since the early iOS versions.
