iOS 8.0 Beta 3 Bug Fixes and Changes

It was for me. Starting with beta 2, it would never load anything. Just a blank white page with the spinning wheel below the blue header bar.

I tried re-installing, wiping my phone, hard reset, etc. Nothing helped..
 
Not sure if it's a bug or not, but when I'm in my homescreen, I keep seeing the animated loading icon next to the Wifi, like if it's loading something in the background and using data. I have no idea what it's loading though, can't be photos cause they're all there.

Anyone else?

Happens randomly to random people in iOS 7 as well. Usually a reset/restart gets rid of it.

A bug that's been in and out of betas on different devices is background contact syncing over the cloud.
3.2GB of data it once used in around 8 days.

Not sure if this is related, but I noticed that all of my photos are back on my device and not in the cloud. When I got to iCloud & photos, it says sync in progress so I'm guessing it's putting them all back up in the cloud. ???
 
Can anyone post some photos of the new wallpapers? Not going to download beta 3 as I really cannot be bothered to make space for the update.

  • Tweaked Clear button in Notification Center.
  • There is a new "Enable Handoff" toggle in Settings -> General.

On iPhone 5s, the passcode keypad text says "Touch ID or Enter Passcode" above the keypad, not just "Enter Passcode"

Apple announced they were going to dump all the CloudKit data today, so maybe yours got dumped.
 
Hitting the power button while not in the phone app while on a call no longer hangs up the call (when using a headset).

When in a call, hitting the home button has a different fade animation to the home screen.

When predictive text is hidden, there's now a different visual indicator that it's available.
 
Is continuity working properly for anyone? I was able to get handoff working somewhat in DP 2 along with multiple attempts at using my mac to make a call. instant hotspot never even showed up and the texting was only working about half the time. I was just wondering if continuity is working now or not.
 
Is this a bug?? My weather app background is now transparent. Anyone else getting this?
