BTW, if you have a real bug, and not just a gripe, I'd use bugreport.apple.com where you can submit a real full report and have a conversation with developers. I'm currently in the middle of one about keyboard shortcuts not working (yes, even after deleting and re-creating them...) and they want me to send stackdumps, and the like. I'm happy to help if it fixes it or gets it figures out.
