Did this work for you prior to 8.3? I've never tried this feature before. It fails for me too; I just got a momentary "working" animation, then nothing.
It only seems broken for Telegram in my case; I can still share to Transmit to upload files.

Did this work for you prior to 8.3? I've never tried this feature before. It fails for me too; I just got a momentary "working" animation, then nothing.

I have used it on all versions of iOS 8 and failure in this release. maybe they have changed anything.
Huge issues with AirPlay with this release! Sometimes AirPlay option wouldn't even show in Control Center despite having four AirPlay devices connected to WiFi networks that communicate with each other. Other times it can recognise Apple TV but fails to recognise speakers. Only a reboot seems to solve problem!
Please submit a bug to http://bugreport.apple.com/ with the steps to reproduce and I'll do the same!

Does anyone else have iTunes Match sync issues? As in - songs added to iTunes Match don't automatically appear on the phone until you turn iTunes Match off then on?
I put it up on the OP as a bug but I want to know if it was a problem specific to me or if it affects everyone. Kinda missing 8.3.

There's a remote possibility we'll get iOS 8.3 beta 4 this week. If we do, we should confirm whether or not the bug is fixed and then update our bug reports accordingly.

APPLE MAPS: Night mode appears to be working when viewing the overview map with hybrid or satellite view selected just not when turn-by-turn directions are active. I was definitely using it at night in a dark car. It used to work with iOS 7 on my previous iPhone.
WORKAROUND: Night mode works for turn-by-turn navigation only if the map was in standard view when navigation was initiated. If the map is in hybrid view, night mode does not work for turn-by-turn navigation. In fact, if an attempt was made to initiate turn-by-turn navigation when the map was in hybrid view, night mode will not work even if the map view is switched back to standard view. The only way to get night mode to work is to restart the map app and make sure the map is in standard view prior to initiating any navigation.
So I guess this just qualifies as a work-around.
I'm not a developer (and I'm not going to register...), if the issue still persist, could anyone report this bug?

I still can't sync music to my iPod touch. It will back up, but won't transfer music, getting stuck on the last step. The songs show up as grey circles when I look at them.
I know it's not the .itl file because my iPad Air with 8.2 and my Classic sync perfectly fine. I've checked for duplicate items, I've reinstalled iTunes, none of these things have worked. I want to avoid restoring because there are missing tracks that are in the library but on the touch.
I'm hopeful it's an 8.3 beta bug that will be fixed with an update soon.

I'll answer my own question: iTunes Match on 8.3b3 works just fine. Was just a problem with my device. Removed false bug report from OP.
theres an issue with your iphone's music database.
you need to delete the 'purchases' database from your iphone directory.
you need an iphone browser app on your mac in order to do this. ifunbox is one.
trust me, i had the same issue and spent hours researching.
I downloaded that app and it didn't resolve the problem either. It's only affecting this touch with 8.3, all of my other devices are fine. I don't get it. Haven't been able to sync since the first week of March now.
so on ifunbox, you browsed to your iphone's 'purchased' folder and deleted all the contents in that folder?
I ended up doing a full restore and downgrading back to 8.2 (which is what I wanted to avoid). It synced everything and then started doing it yet again. I unchecked "sync music" and rechecked it and its now been fine since.
