manual, no third party keyboards, 32 apps lots of tweaks too

my device is 64gb too, with Toshiba TLC NAND-- 'tlc, the "bad" cheaper flash rumored to be whats causing BSOD and such'

:D

I think <8.4 (and maybe 8.3, only used it for a limited period of time before jumping to 8.4) reboots were a plenty, relatively.

perhaps you misread, I have not had a respring issue with 8.4 even jailbroken with lots of tweaks

Just providing my input

I went 16 days until today's respring on 8.4. Plugged it into my car to listen to iTunes caused the respring. Then again i have iTunes Radio songs downloaded and a whole bunch of other music that I listen to.

guess what.. i had a respring on my ipad mini 2 retina just now..updated yandex maps and boom..respring :) iOS 8.4.1 b2

subway surfers game was on the background and paused..a well known ram eater app.. and all my gained coins lost :)

ram management issue goes on..sadly..

I'm still on 8.3 and my daily resprings have vanished. They arrived with 8.3 and disappeared with 8.3
I think it was an incompatible or poorly programmed app. Even not using the app (whichever it was) would cause system instability. Since updating several apps the problem seems to have vanished.

may be true..what was the last updated app? maybe that one is the ''suspected''

Experienced a respring on 8.4.1 on my iPhone 6 plus. When I double click the home button to access the multitasking page, it just resprings itself.

I turned my iPhone on and got the lock screen, but couldn't do anything. My phone then did a respring. That's right after turning it on. After that it was fine.

still not fixed..?? i'm thinking that Apple made that consciously.. it's happening since 8.3 and they couldnt fix it for such a long time..really annoying..but there is nothing much to do..we have to pray for fixing on iOS 9 final release..

by the way..did you update 8.4.1 from OTA or restore? and did you update any applications before that? or 1 night before?

I don't see this issue on my iPad 3 running iOS 9 beta 5.
On my iPhone, the update to 8.4.1 is done OTA, and since I've auto apps update enabled, the last app update may range from the night before to yesterday's morning.

Strangely though, no such issue was seen on an iPhone 5 running with the exact configuration.

what was the last app update? do you remember the name of the app?

it looks like its fixed by several devices..on iphone 6,6 plus the issue remains.. on my 5s still no resprings. will keep an eye on that.

as you said, it's totally fixed on ios 9 beta 5. havent read any issues on that fw

Started getting randon reboots on my air 2 running ios 8.4.1. Today my iPad wouldn't even turn on or respond. Had to force restart it. I wonder if its an app causing this or ios 8.4.1? I never had this issue before.

I sure hope iOS9 will fix the random resprings on my iPad mini2. Since 8.3 and still on 8.4 lots of resprings. Yesterday again while i was using the App Store after searching specific apps/widgets.

write down the apps you have installed on your device..

maybe there are some apps causing this..as you said..

my 5s is rock solid until 8.4.1

and finally..have you got any 3rd party keyboards like fleksy, swiftkey, minuum etc.
