iOS 8 and Pebble Smartwatch

Oddly, my Pebble Smartwatch is only sending me phone call notifications not email or text message. Anyone else using a Pebble with iOS 8?

Yes, and my text messages and push notifications all seem to be working fine. How long has this been going on for you?

I'm on iOS 8.3, app is 2.6.5 and firmware 2.9.1.

All good here as well on 8.3. I'm guessing you have already but if not I'd remove the watch and re-pair it.
