The only fact is that it is scaled and not natively rendered. Clearly this idea is too complicated for you to understand.
For someone familiar with any sort of basic elements of programming will understand this concept rather easily.
No point arguing with someone who doesn't understand the topic being discussed.
Please produce the facts that you have that somehow demonstrate that iOS 8 is 'scaled' and not 'natively rendered' the way it apparently is on iOS 7.
