While touch pressure sensitivity is nice. What I really want is super low latency of the screen so when you write there is absolutely no lag at all.

That's up to the app developers. Procreate has no lag that I can tell, whereas many others like Sketchpad Pro does, esp on my Galaxy Note 10. As for writing, I've only tried Penultimate which does have a bit of lag. From what I've read, it could have to do with the pressure being sent via Bluetooth.

...Apple should simply get Wacoms S-Pen...

unintentionally funny S-Pen is Samsung's brandname for Wacom's technology. They like to use S-everything in mimicry of Apple's i-everything.
