I had the same problem
i restarted my phone..
Its fixed itself with a restart

Edit: went back to the original problem

I saw this problem too, restarted thinking it would resolve itself but it didn't. Eventually the problem went away. Maybe spotlight was indexing?

In proactive, pulling down show the keyboard. Nice addition, in beta 3 you have to touch search field.

It appears also if a search already showed results. You pull down and keyboard show up. Very smart!

Tapping on the news articles at the bottom of the Proactive page now correctly takes you to the article in Safari. (Tapping did nothing in PB 1 and would assume DP 3 as well)

It was only demo'd as an iPad feature. Perhaps it wasn't meant to be on the iPhone, but made it's way in on accident. The feature wasn't removed from iOS 9 all together, it just isn't available on the iPhone.

Any info why this is the case? It's much easier to set your cursor on the iPad that it is on the iPhone? Yea, the action was a little glitchy in Beta 2, but I think that would be a very handy action.

On my 6+ when I slide over to proactive, I see (under the Siri Suggestions) the top of the icons that are in the "Show More" section. They would be on the third row. I restarted which cleared the view but it came back again after clicking a news article then returning. Not seeing the same thing on my iPad.

This is by design. Plug into headphones/speaker/Bluetooth and the sound does play.

Been there since beta 3 if not earlier. Yes it is supposed to add an RSS feed of the website directly into news. The public beta demo that MR did showcases this functionality.
