General iOS 9.2 Beta 4 ''System Memory Reset'' Diagnostic Log

Hi;

this morning i saw that diagnostic log on my 5s, it's not a respring / springboard crash but happened 2nd time on iOS 9, and 9.2 b4

happening when the phone is on charge and leave it until morning, SystemMemoryReset log created on 2 AM and 3 PM

when i pull down the notification center, i see my widgets are reloading again. battery usage sections are OK. no dashes

Anybody has got that log? Or do you know what causes that?

happening on 6s and 6s plus as well, but interesting, it's only happening when charging and leave it on the charge in midnight
