Sweet!! Too bad I don't have my iPad with me right now to update, that's what I was more excited to get 9.3 on because of the alleged smoothness improvements. Just have to wait to get home in a couple hours. Can update my iPhone 6 though in the meantime and check out some of the new stuff.

That's what I'm thinking. Why would they release a now old beta to the public testers?

I'm seeing the exact same update and same size. Very interesting. Its not on the dev site yet.9.3 beta 1.1. Weird stuff.
Perhaps it's a fix for the freezing iPads? Beta 1.1 seems very ad-hoc to me. It's either the first or the second beta.

Using my school wifi to download, usually it's around 90-120mbps down so it only takes a couple minutes for the 1.4GB file but right now it says it's going to take an hour. Nice.
Finally get to see if those performance claims are true.Downloading now!!

I'm terrified they all were having a placebo effect and that we're going to be disappointed.
No, CC is definitely smoother. Other than that, didn't notice any performance improvements.

I'm seeing it. I have the iOS 9.3 beta profile installed though (which is something different than the public beta profile).
That's because 9.3 dev beta 1.1 is available OTA as well. It's showing as a 28mb update and I'm already on 9.3 dev beta 1.

The 1.1 was only for the dev beta, the public beta is probably going to be the same version, the dev update had problems freezing iPad's when they updated to 9.3, probably why the public beta was later than usual.
