iOS 9.3 GM Today, or release?

I'm assuming the new iPhone won't go on sale today.. So I presume we'll get a GM candidate today, and the final version on friday, when iPhones usually go on sale.
What do you think?

The beta 7 has made one of my game frozen multiple times. I can simply choose to not play that game anymore but such freeze is not what I want to see on iOS 9.3.
I just want iOS 9.3 official version out as soon as possible.

I clearly know it is a beta. So that is the reason I hope official one could out as soon as possible.
App developers should not be blamed by not supporting beta software. You know.

Apple will release iOS 9.3 GM today, with the official release date after Easter. If its anything like iOS .0 betas at WWDC it will launch a week before the iPhone/iPad does.

It's very rare that apple skips GM builds for final. It has happened but rare.

For point updates it's mostly been the other way around--GMs have been on the rare side.
