Nothing meaningful can really be be surmised until at least a few days/charge cycles from the point the the new update has been released.

Did we really need this thread? It came out an hour ago. You're a member since 2008 - I would have expected better. :\

It feels good creating the thread that later takes off ;)

I think because of the significant issues members had with beta 1 a beta 2 battery thread is worthy. Consider the matter closed.

Plus just because I'm a member since 2008 doesn't mean I'm mature! I just got a warning for rickrolling...

Standby seems fine, but Starts dropping fairly quick once I actually use it

Some users just nearly abandoned their accounts after completing registration. I see many of such accounts in many forums.

Haven't updated to B2 yet but I like the idea of a thread specifically focusing on battery life, instead of having to read through tons of pages of another thread.

Haven't had time to test it but am charging my iPhone 6 Plus right now on beta 2. The charging still seems to be slow for me...

Battery drain is so horrible in previous release, and that is the most important reason this thread exists.

Battery seems to be fixed! I'm not dropping 10% per hour anymore! It's been three hours so far, and it's definitely not dropping quick anymore.

Battery seems to be golden for me, too -- 1% drop after 30 minutes of activity and 1:15 of standby (as reported in settings) on my iPhone 6. I'm pretty happy with that.
