You said that you have done a "normal recovery" of your phone. Does this mean from a backup or to a factory-clean state as originally purchased? If it was to a previous backup, it could be the same app giving you issues (based on percentage of battery gone and time in use versus actual used time) combined with 3G. If you're doing a tabula rasa recovery, basically giving you a phone as you opened it on day 1, you've got battery issues.
For some process-of-elemination testing: one morning when you don't have much to do, charge up the phone 100% and then turn off 3G/4G for a few hours. See if you'll get the same battery drain in this mode. This could help determine whether searching for 3G signal is the primary culprit or not.

Best of luck.
Thanks for you reply! I recovered my backup (I have this backup since 2009, when I bought my iPhone 3GS). I can't loose some important data and I am forced to recover it.
I will try to disable cellular data one morning
Thanks
