Clearly you don't have better things to do than post random nonsense you read in some site's public comments section. But I guess you don't have time to find out the facts from a reliable source...like the one cited in the article you were reading...

To all the “Know it all” and “Haters” who tried to jump all over me last week when I re-posted what appeared to be a “MuscleNerd” post from Iclarified, and accused me of making it up. It seems to me that it has proved to be very accurate so far. Maybe it was MuscleNerd after all

Since anyone who upgraded to stock IOS4 cannot JB today, they cannot unlock. The only tool out there is a “custom ios4” which is limited to a small subset of users.

It just goes to show it does not matter how many times you post on this Forum everyone is in the same boat when it comes to the new tools. It is all speculation until Dev Team release them.
