I ordered launch day 4am EST black Ipads one 16G 3G Att change to prepare for shipment and the other was 32G 3G Att still Not Yet Shipped.........
I do not understand they should processed both at the same time
 
Still nothing... It's looking like delivery by Friday is very unlikely! :( But, Apple should still be able to hit their estimated range (18th-25th) for me...
 
Ordered by 32GB AT&T 3G model yesterday morning and just changed to "prepared for shipment."
 
Looks like Shipping takes about 3-4 days. Changed mine to my home address instead of my office just in case it ships today and arrives on Friday or Saturday when I'm home.

Had to call by phone to change the address and the guy I talked to had no news or reason to share for it taking so long.
 
Got mine

I got mine yesterday, 32GB white 3G-WIFI Model and it was delivered by Fedex.

I had mine engraved and was moved to "Prepared to Ship" yesterday at around 3:00 pm PST.

Paid partially with gift card and Visa. Only deducted cover from gift card and charged my Visa for entire Ipad purchase. Charges to Visa came through last night. I am hoping that there will be some movement today since it is not a hold but an actual charge on my Visa.
 
well, this is the most boring thread ever... :) Got my smart cover today - slick packaging. My biggest worry about it was dismissed too - it has little bumpers that will keep it from scratching the iPad. Was wondering if repeated on/offs would eventually scratch the iPad aluminum cuz it looked like metal on metal from everything I've seen. So very happy about that. :)

Am I right in reading this thread - the only Apple.com ipads in 'prepared to ship' are the three that are engraved???
 
Also, my mother ordered the 32 GB Black 3G ATT model too and her's is now in Prepared for Shipment.

It looks like they may finally be getting ready to move. :)
