lighter: 1.5->1.3 = 0.2/1.5 = 13.3333% (instead of 15%) talk about near misses...
dual mode: not sure if it's a single device for both (90%sure tho)

engadget had one article a few hours ago. Shots from China. Exactly the iPads we're seeing now (except the wifi antena are white in the shots).
apparently it's up to 15% lighter according to apple's website. not sure how their math works, but box lighted
Also no dual mode:
If you decide on an iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G, be sure to select the model that corresponds with the carrier youd like to use for 3G service. The iPad model you purchase is specially configured to work with either AT&T or Verizon not both. So while you dont have to activate 3G service right away, you should choose your iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G according to the carrier you prefer.

Nah, check again with Apple's photos, that was just a mockup. The actual speaker grill is very fine, probably laser cut like the Macbook Pro speakers.

Consider that the original 3G version add 0.1lb to the weight (about 45g). The new model adds 0.02g (12g) at most, quite a bit less. If you average in the weight differences between the new and old 3G models, you might get closer to 15%.
