iPad 2 What to install from cydia

Lockinfo FTW.

The best thing is you can use it on up to 5 devices once you buy it. I think it's like $2.99...worth every penny! Then if you wanna take it a step further, you can combine lockinfo with NotifiedPro, which eliminates the annoying popups notifications.

I think those 2 together still beat the notification system in iOS5 to be honest.

Edit: Sorry, realized NotifiedPro doesn't seem to install on my Ipad2...lockinfo still works.

For what it's worth, I'm on 16gb wifi on 4.3.3...which firmware are you on? Maybe upgrade to 4.3.3 and try again?

yeah, i've got a 64gb iPad 2; i just recently upgraded to 4.3.3 because jailbreakme only supports 4.3.3 for iPad 2
 
Any custom notifications tweaks out there?

I've noticed Notified Pro doesn't support it and MobileNotifier looks kind of bleh on it (doesn't do landscape).

Hmm perhaps it's in conflict with some other packages you installed? Have you tried removing other applications you installed?

there's nothing else installed, just cydia and the first thing i installed was openSSH and then tried winterboard (which is where i stopped).

i've attempted RetinaPad but it also requires preferenceloader =/

after re-installing/re-jailbreaking five more times, it finally worked, thanks for your input though =]
 
Whats the app to control your Ipad from a MAC like a RDP not SSH

Or to film what you have on the ipad?

Are there any tweaks for sliders and hide clock or changr the clock to a small bar on top on the iPad 2? Can't seem tomfind any but there are so much for the iPhone.
 
I've looked, but I'm unable to find how to change the notification sounds to custom ones, is that something that's possible with JB ?
 
Hey guys

Hope I'm in the right place. I know there's an iPad application section, but I don't think my request can be met on the Apple app store.

Anyhow, I'm looking for a free alternative to Music Controls Pro on Cydia. Are there any? I know that Activator natively offers ways to use the volume buttons as music playback controls, but it's a tad limited (press once and hold down, basically. Not a fan of the press up & down and other combinations). What I like about Music Controls Pro is that it offers interesting combinations: simple tap, double tap, several ways to hold down, etc....

So, I am gonna get lucky, or do I have to buy this one? I'll also consider any regular Apple App store alternative...Thanks a lot :)
