iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G won't activate after update to 9.3

    As the title says, my iPad 2 won't activate and when I connect it to my MacBook it says I need to contact Apple or go to a Genius Bar. Anyone else having this issue? I'm assuming this is on Apple's end as well? Thanks for any help/replies.

    Edit: Spoke with Apple and they pretty much said their engineering team is looking into this but there is no time table as to when it'd be fixed.

    If you have a backup then you can do a restore through iTunes and it'll fix it (by rolling back to 9.2.1).
