I noticed your using 7.1 Are there any performance and fluidity improvements with the OS?

Yes, 7.1 is great. Everything seems much more responsive.

When comparing my 1st generation mini to my retina mini, the animations of opening apps were actually faster on my 1st generation mini. This was because I had 7.1 on my 1st generation mini and 7.0.3 on my retina mini. Now I've updated my retina mini to 7.1, it's faster than the 1st generation in regards to graphics etc.

Also no problems in safari with tabs crashing. 7.1 will be a great release!

Same here. Thought I would not like the smaller screen, but no its perfect. And even lit with no hue whatsoever. I realy like it.

Just left my iPad 3 and got my rMini last week.

I have no idea why Apple stills makes a full size iPad. A retina display was all the mini was missing. It's now perfect. I literally use it all day and take it everywhere.

Because you aren't the only person in the world. Some of us prefer the larger screen- especially now that the full-size iPad is much lighter than it used to be. Before the iPad Air, I leaned towards the iPad mini. But the Air is perfect for me.

I have an ipad 2 which is pretty much the same as the ipad 3. And I'm satisfied with just my new ipad mini 1st gen. I love te size and you dont lose any battery life-and even though the ipad 2 and iPad mini 1 are identical in specs i just prefer to have my mini because it is so small and light.

Just upgraded from iPad 3 on 6.1.2 jailbroken to rMini on 7.1b2 jailbroken as of last week.

Love it!

Can't express that enough. Plus just having sold my iPad 3, I can say it was a good leap for me as I've been using my tablet so much outside of my apartment, something that was cumbersome to accomplish for my iPad 3 in the past.

Woo hoo!
I have my iPad 3, Verizon 32gb(immaculate condition) on eBay how much can I expect to get?
