Do you think Mini2 is in the Fall?

I think Apple will probably update both sizes of iPads at the same time. And I think late summer or early fall is as good a guess as any for the next update. Also, with the 128GB model that was recently released, I would guess no sooner than 5 or 6 months from when they were released.

I think Apple may decide against 6 month updates if they're going to get sued for releasing updates too fast. In all seriousness there will be whining of updates happening too fast and too slow unless updates only happen once a year or less often, then there will just be whining about the updates being too slow.

It doesn't look like well see a launch until summer at the earliest. If its going to have A7X, it could be later.

Agreed. I don't see any new iPads before June at the earliest and more likely not until August.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the iPad 5 before June. An announcement next month seems likely. I think we'll see it hit stores in either April or May.

More interested in iOS 7 to start off with. This will be the deal breaker for a lot of us.

I hope they release in June/July along with new iPhone 5S.

Sep/Oct in the fall is way too long.

That said if Apple was actually taking its time to really make iOS 7 good like new UI and stuff then I would be ok.

no iPad 5 or iPhone 5S/6 will come out without Tim Cook mentioned iOS 7 first... iOS 7 --> iPhone 5S/6 ---> iPad 5 because you don't know what iOS 7 will work with new hardware ie Siri does not work with iPhone 4 only 4S/5.

There isn't even a public beta of iOS7 for developers yet. And the beta comes out several months before release.

So if the next round of hardware is intended for iOS7, it's going to be a wait for sure.

Of course there isn't. They never release the beta until after the announcement at WWDC. That doesn't mean they won't release any products until iOS 7 is announced.

I agree with what you say. No, I didn't forget that at all.

I think you missed what I was responding to, which were all the people hoping HW will be delayed until after iOS7. Personally, I hope a new Mini with retina comes out as soon as possible.
