My Air 2 has no tinting issues. If I was very fussy, there is the slightest hint of bookspine. However, having had to replace my Air 6 times and my rMini 5 times for various screen issues, I'm educated in the process enough to know that the screen i have now is about as perfect as you can get.

No complaints on mine the screens perfect no yellowing and very very white

My first (and last) attempt at in Air 2 has a dead pixel. I'm so fed up with Apple's abysmal QC. Had 3 iPhone 6 all with dead pixels. Gave up on the first Air due to the horrible patchy yellow screens and book spine thingy.

So sticking with my Mini R until they do a proper upgrade on the Mini.
