iPad iPad Air color

White or black?

Had black iPhone 4, 5, all iPads... just switched to white/silver iPhone 5s, gonna do the same for the iPad Air. Going with white/silver! :cool:
 
I only started waffling this past week after seeing all the new iPad ads featuring a white iPad Air and I think it looks pretty darn cool.

Before I had no doubt it was the black (space gray) model for me. I may not pre-order and just go into Best Buy tomorrow and see what is in stock and who knows it may be that they only have a white model left?

Why would a poll help your personal decision? Neither look bad, and why would you want to go with public opinion anyway?

You've got to be joking with me? Or they're mass produced like that and have been pretty much since the invention of the television because, at least for media consumption, a black frame is superior for allowing you to focus on the screen. :p

By all means if you plan to use the iPad for other reasons; the White is equal (and imo) looks better with iOS 7.
 
White for Me! I love the back of the Space Gray but don't want the black front. have that on my iPhone and have regretted it since. loved my white iPad 3
 
Let me first apologize for making comments that this is a STUPID question. I was wrong.

Now that I am about the pull the trigger - hopefully at midnight - I am suddenly rethinking. Was 100% sure it would be black/grey.

Then, after watch enough videos,mostly from Apple... that white one looks cool.

Damn you Apple.
 
White.

I like white. My iPad 2, 3, and mini are white.

Had black on the first gen. Harder to keep it from looking smudgy.
 
I'm going black with the red product smart case :p Just because I need a different color besides white devices and gold in my house. We need a black device in our family. lol
 
Black. I think it looks sleeker with the space gray. Plus the bezels are smaller now, meaning less space for fingerprint smudges.
 
I plan to get a 64GB Space Gray this morning in store after having a 32GB White Mini for the last year. Although I did just check in store pick up availability for that particular one and it says available to ship to store in a few days...may need to get there sooner than expected.

Erm, I mean black - for the better perceived contrast.
 
Space Gray looks more distinct from previous iPads IMO. I got the white 5S because gold, but honestly I do find I prefer the black bezel even though I wouldn't go as far as to say the white is distracting.
 
Space grey!! Never owned a space grey Apple product! :)

All previously owned iPads had silver backs, my rMBP has a silver back, my HTC One has a silver back, all my previous iMacs had silver (or white) backs, all previous iPhones I had were silver or white...

It's time for change!!!!!!!
