Spent over a year writing an app for us. The focus was a sharable patient issue and task list with built in searching from those lists. Just onto the app store.
I work as an intensive care doctor, and refined it while using it.
Out there promoting it this week. These apps get buried under the patient/consumer apps. They need to start having subdivisions within the medical app store. ie Conferences, calculators, etc
I'm just a 4th year med student, but I really like using First Consult ! if your school or institution has access to MD Consult, get on it, the nnavigate to "Create Account" at the top right. that account will give you access to the First Consult app as well has up to date information from MD Consult, very easy to use and navigate, best of all -- no internet required, just for updates! ^__^
