I surprised when tiffs and pdfs exported from ios versions of Sketchbook pro and Scanbot did not show up on icloud.com, but I was shocked when an hour long conversation with apple tech support and two visits to the apple store genius bar led me to conclude that no one at apple appears to understand their cloud service.
Has anyone else had this experience?
1)create sketch in sketchbook pro 2) export to icloud drive 2) checking on the ipad, the file appears in the icloud/icloud drive app inside a sketchbook pro folder. Good so far, but...3)open icloud.com in a browser and 4) no sketchbook pro folder or files appear on the cloud version icloud drive.
Last apple comment by icloud "expert" is this functionality might work in "some applications" and that i would be better off with dropbox. WUT? aren't sketchbook and scanbot major apps?
So, what is the point of icloud drive?
