iPad iPad mini: iOS 13 Broke 'Slide Up For Dock/Multitasking'

Just as stated in the title. On the Public Beta installed on a 5th Gen Mini, and now I cannot slide up from the bottom of the screen to access the dock, nor multitasking.

Any thoughts? Bug? New "feature"? Is there a switch in settings I... need to switch?

Any info welcomed.

Try a hard reset after installing the beta. I just installed the iPadOS beta on a 2017 iPP 12.9 and gestures and swipe for dock weren't working either. Did a hard reset and that seems to have fixed it.

Ah! Just a regular restart solved it!
