iPad mini iPad mini Pre-order thread (Canada and U.S.)

Has anyone confirmed if the pre-order tonight be just for Wifi our will LTE models also be available?

I work the night audit position at a Holiday inn for once being up at weird hours pays off nothing like getting paid to pre order my g/f's mini and my 4...cant wait!!!

I have the apple store app loaded on my iPhone, and the website open simultaneously. I'll be refreshing both when it's back up and running. I have one touch checkout or whatever it's called setup too.

+1 for Express Checkout here. I've never used it before but with how reliable the Apple Store app has been for preorders, I'm riding with it this time. Glad I have you people to ride this out with me!

My friend ordered his iPhone 5 from the back patio of a bar with a drink in one hand and a cigarette and his iPhone 4 in the other. That convinced me to give it a shot... sans the drink and the cigarette. :D

So if they have ipad mini smart covers
Do you recommend not ordering them together in the same transaction ?
 
The site went down when I was inputting my credit card info. Is there any way to access that part of the site when the store is down? I have a feeling the Mini will be in short supply and I just dont want to bother with CC info while I'm rushing to order.
 
I'm glad they are doing a Smart Cover and not the smart case for the iPad mini, I think i'm going to order the RED one....On second thought I wonder how that will look with the black slate iPad mini...

Best Buy doing pre-orders?

Also, I want a neoprene sleeve for my Mini similar to the one I have for my Nook Touch.

Sprint vs Verizon

So I saw the Sprint just updated their data plans. Since they both use CDMA technology, can I buy the "Sprint iPad" and then someday switch it to verizon?
