Mine arent. And that sucks because I prefer Best Buy. I get reward zone bucks, 60 day return policy and shorter lines than Apple.

Im doing an internet order (hopefully) tonight but if Best Buy does preorders then I'll cancel Apple and get it there instead.

I'm a freshman in college there are no one day trips to Seattle and back for me lol. But I do understand in your circumstances. If I were in your situation I'd still take my laptop. I feel more secure when I have it on me because I just like the feel of having a solid polaptop and not just a small tablet.

Yeh and the least joyful stuff comes first, in dribs and drabs. Like if you order the applecare they ding you for that and ship it while you're still putting your credit card away... then some cable duplicate you decided to get.... then finally your machine comes four weeks later a day early and you forgot to check tracking so you come home to a will-retry notice. :bleep: Gotta laugh it off but it can be irritating.

I'm getting the black 32GB WiFi mini. I think a red cover but I'm not ordering anything but the device now.

How much are mini smart covers?
 
Well, I was going to wait til the morning; but woke from a dead sleep at 2:30. haha. Set up my Discover card for the 12% Cashback. Should cost me < $300 for this 16GB model... which is good. When they upgrade the guts and display next year (you know they're gonna), I'll hand down this one to a relative and get a 32GB, 4GLTE version for keeps (hopefully for a couple years at least).
