Do not worry. Due to large number of minis, TNT is not updating all the pieces!!! Just pray to no get a DELAYED!

Mine has now updated to being in 'Ide Centre' .... Another Warehouse.....
Arnhem iPads are obviously being shipped by sea. a Flight would take no time at all so it explains while it's in transit still.
Once it hits the UK depot it will change. even still i can't see how mine will arrive on the 6th. would surely be tomorrow?

i guess it arrives at a local UK warehouse and it takes them all day to sort through the boxes and get them onto delivery trucks, then out for delivery the next day.
someone above posted that theirs was in worcester first thing this morning though! i guess they must have had the earlier 26th-4th delivery window.

Mine showed at Worcester but at the same time on the TNT iOS app it showed in Lille (France I think?!) .. on the apple tracking page now (haven't looked there in days!) it says it's out for delivery today so who knows?! lol
I ordered 8.25am on the 26th October and it was showing 5th December delivery .. either way now I should get it tomorrow which (in fairness to Apple although they didn't do the best job on this launch!) was their date for delivery.
Ok on the TNT it said it was at my local warehouse and to give them a call Spoke to a lovely helpful lady at Thetford and she explained to me that all their Apple shipments are high security so they allocate their deliveries on the system early to check details. She tracked the order and its actually left Arnham and due to arrive in the UK very early hours in the morning. So there maybe a slight chance of seeing it on the 5th if not its guaranteed for the 6th.
That's my little story so hopefully that may help clear up some confusion for others too.

Haha well I suppose I was saying that last week. Now I think about it, yes it has been all over the place and a few days slower than some places, but look how hard its proving to find certain models. I'm after the rare white 32GB LTE and the people in my local store looked at me and tried not to laugh when I asked about stock lol.
So in ways I am thankful for the pre-order, just a shame it's not been as smooth as all the previous launches

I don't think yiure going to get the kind of updates others are getting. Mine also was saying merged in transit. It's now simply changed to "In Transit to Customer - Shipment on Schedue"

I'm still showing a delivery date of the 10th, although my account was debited yesterday.
Money eventually got taken out of my account this morning despite being shipped out on the 29th.
Still on track for December 10th delivery, though I can't track it probably because of the smart cover and sim card.

I just phoned TNT and he was very helpful. It left the holland depot last night and is on route to Northampton. He said it should be updated on the system at about 5 today. And luckily I'm having it delivered to work near Northampton so hopefully will be here early in the morning!
Same here, money went out of my account yesterday, still says on or before 11th, I am hoping for a Friday delivery

Yes, same here, not sure if they are the final courier who deliver to the door though, I get the impression that they are the global firm that ship to the destination country, could be wrong though
