I'm from Germany and my iPad also passed Arnhem Hub tomorrow at 11. Had hoped that I would get my iPad even earlier than on 5th but it seems like TNT just let it lay around somewhere...

03 Dec 2012 19:43:02 Arnhem Shipment In Transit.
03 Dec 2012 11:00:35 Arnhem Hub Shipment In Transit.

thanks again but i still get nothing returned :(
Yeah, me too. "Ships late November" it said when I ordered. My order status claims that it shipped on 29th November, but also:

"Estimated Delivery Date (Subject to change) Dec 10, 2012"

11 days to get, by air freight, from China to London? Really??

I'm beginning to wonder if this shipment date preceded the actual manufacturing date, in order to appear not to be delayed.
any ideas?
(I know this isn't what the OP meant, but...) I shall be considering alternatives for my next purchase. One of the reasons I buy Apple is to avoid this kind of cr@p.

Hi Mr. Weightman,

Thank you for your email. Our global tracking indicates your iPad Minis are in transit from Shaghai, and they were last scanned in Amsterdam. I anticipate the goods will reach our distribution center in the UK before the end of the week. At that time, a UPS tracking number will process before it goes out for delivery to its final destination. I am happy to provide you with updates as they appear in our system. Please let me know how I can be of further assistance and I will be happy to help.
My hours are 12 PM to 9 PM GMT Monday - Friday.

Kind Regards,

Monica Jones 

Sounds bad

Mine is

03 Dec 2012 15:19:43 Arnhem Hub Shipment In Transit.

Does it mean it first goes to uk hub and from there by ups to idle of man ?

Hmm ... Sitting in Worcester!

Mine jumped from the 'Arnhem' message to being in Worcester! It allegedly was scanned there at 5.58AM this morning! It would be great if it arrives tomorrow but I suspect they'll sit on it for another day!
I'm putting the number marked 'our delivery reference number' into the reference part of tracking on TNT website if anyone's having trouble.
*phew* it's nearly here ...... maybe!

I've been pre-ordering apple products for years now and every one has arrived on release date. the problem with the mini was that there was no set launch date of the cellular.

This seems spot on. Everyone is moaning that Apple have let us all down by not shipping our pre-orders prior to arrival in stores, but Apple never gave a delivery date. When we pre-ordered, we ALL knew the ETA was clearly shown as "late November", not "late November but before the shops get them".

Apple clearly had difficulties predicting exactly when they would be able to ship, so what was their alternative? Not offer pre-orders? Not going to happen. Make up a delivery date and hope they meet it? Fat chance.

At the end of the day, a pre-order guarantees you delivery of your order by the delivery date provided, which in this case was "late November". The only legitimate complain will be if Apple deliver pre-ordered iPads in December, as that is definitely not "late November".

Having also spent the last weekend unsuccessfully trying to hunt down a different model in the shops because I changed my mind, I can really appreciate the benefit of knowing an item will just arrive at my doorstep, even if it does mean I have to wait a few more days. To me, that is the real advantage of the pre-orders.

The fact we are quibbling over a few days shows that Apple (and others) have done such a good job of this sort of thing that our expectations are sky high. It is very easy for Apple to slip up because we basically expect perfection from them.

I have been an ardent fan of Apple, their products and their customer service for a VERY long time. Praise where praise is due.

However, the pre-order debacle of the (non-US) iPad mini cellular deserves criticism. There are no excuses for it whatsoever. Why is it that some people are so naively seeking to justify the contempt that Apple have shown, on this occasion, for their most loyal customers?

Get real!

how do i track my mini shipment?

in the email noted to be sent by Syncreon Technology!

"Final Destination Airport Terminal"? what does it mean?

its really annoying :)

Mine's still "in transit" from Arnhem since 3pm yesterday.

Was hoping it would have reached the UK last night and be out for delivery today! Guess not.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

I'm in the club of "reference not found" @ TNT's website. Shipped on 29th, expected on 12th and no news yet :(

When I try to track the package from the Apple Store I get two numbers. May be because of the smart cover?

Mine shipped same date. Using the TNT international website tracker I see its still at some chinese airport.... its either been in the air for 3 days now or its sitting admiring the view of a chinese warehouse... I just hope its either got going via First Class or at least gets access to the First Class lounge. Poor thing has been stranded at the airport for days....

Mine is still stuck in China but according to TNT UK it's in Edinburgh and says please call for update. Apple tracker now says shipment delayed. Still estimating delivery tomorrow but I doubt it. Might call TNT later.

Out For Delivery!

After TNT tracking showing my iPad (Mini) in all kinds of places overnight it now says 'out for delivery' from the Worcester depot! .. I'm excited but trying not to get tooooooo excited as I still think it could be tracking fiction!!!

Date Time Location Status
04 Dec 2012 08:16:54 WORCESTER Out for delivery.
04 Dec 2012 08:05:52 WORCESTER Shipment received at destination depot.
04 Dec 2012 06:25:50 WORCESTER Please call

Is that another order the TNT tracker is showing. Because they reuse the tracking number the UK shows mine delivered in Leighton Buzzard 15th November. The International one shows mine doing nothing but drinking cocktails in the Chinese Airport First Class lounge.

(I think I have a bad Apple)

The TNT int. tracker just shows nothing at all :! no error, no picked up on..., nothing. I attack the screenshot (cut the number, just in case).
