Anyhow, I just sent an e-mail asking them if they could ship an iPad mini to France via USPS (which doesn't usually red flag customs, as opposed to UPS).

Stores aren't required to charge sales tax in states where they do not have a physical presence.
 
Just ordered yesterday morning (I'm in TX). Rep was very nice and said they are sold out of white mainly due to many people hearing about them from this site haha. I wanted black anyways though. She estimated I should get it by Friday. I'm curious after hearing some of you in Jersey are still waiting though.

Haha! My bad. Dang, just realized I posted that on November 26.

Oh yeah, I remember you. You finally ordered. See - you would have been had it for weeks now, if you would have ordered back in November like you planned. Lol

Well, to be honest, I wasn't in any real rush. I wanted to see if I could get it at Best Buy because I have a $50 gift card. I got tired of calling around and decide I'll order it tax free and save money anyways. No stock at all around the Dallas/FW area for a black 16 wifi only. I'm glad you recommended Tekserve. Do you remember if you got a tracking email? If so, about how soon after you ordered?

I ordered mine on Sunday, then I emailed them on Monday and got my tracking will be delivered on Wednesday to Cleveland.

Awww, playing with the first table, I remember it like it was yesterday ;). Looking forward to receiving my mini. Actually, I'm going to be patient and put it under the tree for Christmas.
 
Just got my mini from tekserve, ordered friday so pretty fast shipping to california,,,,,........:D
 
Ordered Sunday morning, arrived a few minutes ago! Very happy with Tekserve. Will gladly use them in the future!
