iPad movie rentals cannot be transferred to computer!?!?

studios need to see the value apple offers before they will be the lighten the rules, as time moves forward amd profits soar items like these will work themselves out.

Can turn on your iSight camera and point it at your iPad with the movie playing and transfer the movie to your iMac wirelessly?

You could also rent it on your computer which you need to activate the product, so to me it doesn't really make any sense to not allow that. People would quickly realize that if they were playing to try and keep the rentals and then not rent them on their iPad
 
Just download torrents for free and do whatever you want with them. It's much better than paying Apple for something you wont own and can only use in a very limited manner and save the self righteous posts for someone who actually gives a damn.

I'm 27 and live alone, no need to be an ass. If you weren't so lazy, you would see that I have some money by glancing at my sig. I guess it was too much of a strain for your eyes though.

Everything I have to say has been said thousands of times on this forum alone. And I clearly hinted that it was a better screen I was waiting for hence my comment about your sig. The screen may be nice, but it can be much better.
Also, another big gripe is with storing files on the thing. There is no library to keeps my files without using apps to access them.
2 cameras would be nice. (Typical Fanboy excuse is taking photos will look ridiculous, I say what about the apps that utilize the camera such as redlaser and others.)
And seriously, for $900 after tax and not including the 3G data plan, the fact that I can't get a 128 GB slate in 2010 is inane.

So there you have it. You need to get some manners while you're eating that crow.

fair enough. Netflix just came to Canada so I understand where your coming from.

I still prefer the whole rent, rip and return practise for dvds. Seems like the only way to pay for something and get it to be available on all the formats you want.
