I've been with Three for the past 18 months with my original iPad. Bought the iPad outright and stuck with their 1-month 1GB rolling contract.

Always had great speeds (over 6 meg) with very good coverage. Much better than my iP4 on T-Mobile. Even with Orange signals coming onboard.

I just bought a new iPad 32GB Wi-Fi. I just can't justify the expense of having a 4G enabled device without being able to use it. I'm opting for Three's Mi-Fi device as I wouldn't mind having some 3G for my laptop when I roam sometimes. I think I may go for the £15/month 1-month rolling contract with 5GB data. Gonna have to cough up £50 for the Mi-Fi device but at least I can share it with others if need be. :D

Customer service experience here no worse than any other network, perhaps a bit better.

One Plan with IPhone 4S

Thanks for the info.
I am guessing that you also paid just the £99/£169 one off charge as 3 advertise on their site (size dependent) not the full cost.

Looks like I am off to the Apple store soon then :)

Absolutely, I got the 64gig ipad, £299 on contract, the same as on three's website :)
I also had a bunch of apple store vouchers to spend, so that worked nicely!

I have two iPhones on 3 and I rate them highly. Their customer service is a bit rubbish but I've found that it is down to their systems and not the people in the call centres.

The last time I spoke with someone over there he couldn't have been more helpful and went out of his way to resolve my problem - which was caused by 3's rubbish accounting system.

Hi all,

Well I've got the iPad on 3 with 15Gb of data a month and now I have a question.

My data limit has reset this morning so I'm now getting a full months worth of data. According to the 3 online checker I've got 17,855mb.
Now I know that 1Gb=1024mb but even with that I'm still getting 17.4Gb of data.

Obviously I'm not complaining that I'm getting something for free but I just wanted to check that what I'm getting is correct?

Is it Pro Rata'd initially?
