iPad Pro iPad Pro 10.5 battery health / run time and other issue

my iPad Pro 10.5 battery health at 95% this is a express replacement iPad I got two weeks ago when I got it it was at 98% battery health why is it so low ?

Does this mean I will need to get another iPad replacement before the year needs and this is replacement 1

Why is battery usage 7-8 should I be getting more

My Touch ID button gets warms Apple store suggest my case is the issue and the iPad needs air is this possible ?
