If you could swap your 128gb for 256gb, would you do it?

Attached the pics of the damaged ones. QC cant always be top notch, if you read posts you will find many users who have had upto 6 ipad pros that were defective before they found one that flawless. I will get what I paid for and that is for a flawless device regardless of the amount of times that I will have to send back. Congrats on receiving flawless device on first go but some of us arent as lucly as you. Good day.

That's the keyword - and the problem: flawless. There is no such thing as flawless when you are making millions of something in just a few months. I don't know if my devices were "flawless" as I don't take a magnifying glass to the devices, I just know that when I used them, I had no issues and saw nothing obviously wrong with them.

I beg to differ. All of the Apple devices I've purchased have been received in flawless condition. Zero cosmetic issues & zero performance issues (eta: sans a tiny bit of lcd ight bleed, which I think happens with almost all LCD screens, right?). You don't need a magnifying glass (or an OCD disorder), just high expectations, decent vision and an eye for detail.

I hate scratches, I hate dents and I wont accept anything that is a subpar product cosmetically. A scratch is a scratch and you may undermine it but thats your opinion. I hold apple at high standards, if I am not satisfied I will make sure I am heard. Entitled much? Probably.

And using it without a case means you'll mar the exterior in a couple days. And with the case, you'll never see the issues, so I don't understand the point in being quite so picky.

I very rarely move my iPad from my desk. I dont believe in using cases and spend ridiculous money on a apple silicone case for $79 which is OUTRAGEOUS and add unnecessary bulk. My iPad Air and iPad mini have never seen a scratch or a dent in years as I'm careful and aware of my surroundings. Why spend money on a case when I can use the same money to buy applecare+ with a marginal difference in cost. Point is, I received defective iPads, not looking for suggestions to keep my iPad scratchproof.

Edit: signing off, have a nice day.

I guess you don't own any vehicles ;) If you do go outside and take a look. Even brand new cars have scratches on them and they cost way more than a $1K iPad.

I'm happy to see there is an option for those who need the extra space, however, I can't fathom filling up my 128gb model. Perhaps I'm not the perfect example of an iPad customer. It wasn't until recently buying the 12.9-inch model that I found myself using it more than my rMBP. I've owned every single iPad model mainly for consuming content in bed, but now I take the pro with me where my laptop would normally go. Rarely do I listen to music on it, although if I choose to, I stream it so that doesn't take up any space. My books consume a majority of my space.
