Much faster SoC.
ProMotion - Much smoother scrolling and much lower latency
Twice the SSD storage
Much better rear camera
Much better front camera
Flash
Touch ID 2nd generation

2nd Gen all the way.. Much better internals, more future proof, pro motion!
You probably should check the physical condition carefully for any damage.
