After 1 year of using my cellular variant, cycle count is 141 and battery life is at 97%. Very happy with the battery life.

My friend said to me that you can take it into the Apple Store and they’ll reset the battery health to 100% and free of charge if it’s under warranty.

If you want to keep your battery at 100% health, I advise to never use it on battery.

13" M4 iPad here

Just dropped 1% more to 91%. 624 cycles. (80% charge limit on since launch)

Seems really good compared to some here. Is the battery so much better in the 13"? Surely its just a bit bigger?

With an additional cycle count (now totaling 151), battery health drops to 96% on eSIM 11" M4 Pro.

Overall I find the battery life of the M4 iPad Pro to be awful. It seems to drain itself at an alarming rate even whilst just browsing the web. I think Apple a mistake fitting the M4 chip in it, I am fairly certain my old M1 was a lot better, or maybe it is as a result of the OLED screen as they ‘can’ use more power if it isn’t shown a black dot with the pixel turned off.

My iPad is at 257 cycles and 88% battery health.
