I didn't see any delivery restrictions on the tracking. The date can update after UPS receives the package in America after it passes customs. Also apple just said the second half of May not a fixed date like usual.

Im in the UK and got my order confirmation 5 minutes after launch, and mine is still in progress (12.9 256gb). Maybe the iPads are already in the UK compared with the US guys having to ship from China? Just a guess...
Mine shipped, too. It’s normal to refresh the UPS tracking page every 10 minutes for the next 8 days, right? Asking for a friend…
Same. I live in the US and placed my order within 10 minutes. Mine has shipped and will deliver on Friday, May 21st. 128GB Space Gray WiFi.
So the official "Shipping notification" will likely be Wednesday or Thursday before release on the Friday? As they ship it from Hinckley no China as for the US guys. Im only guessing as I have no experience with Apple pre-orders...
Payment should be taken early next week then go PTS with a dispatch Thursday from Hinckley for a 21st delivery hopefully

Ordered 3 min after launch but I’m still processing on a 26th-31th delivery window. Good job for you to get it for the 21th!!
iPad Pro 12.9 2TB shipped from China email received last night 5/12. Awaiting UPS pickup from factory. Current arrival remains 5/21-28 until in hands of UPS. Magic Keyboard still in progress for 5/21-27 receipt.
