Carrier iPad T-mobile 5G exclusive pass

I only have the 200MB free a month and the 5GB for $10. I am sending a screenshot of my data plan. The only thing I can think of is mine says "capped" which I don't know what that means. But after I use my 200MB of data it only gives me 1 GB of data from my 5GB plan.

I just went to settings and cellular. The plan was right there when I chose to look at T mobile's plans.

You have to have an Apple SIM as well - it's not available through a T-Mob SIM.

Also Armyguy, your plan says 5GB so I'm not sure where you're getting the 1GB from?

Kendo, Yea I was trying to show them what plans I was signed up for. I just got this months free 200mb data again so it doesn't show the 1GB that I was talking about anymore but once I've used up those 200mb, I'll screenshot where it shows I only have 1GB.

Can you cancel the 5 GB plan displaying as 1 and try to sign up again?

I don't think that is good advice. I also signed up for the 5GB plan and it shows up as 1GB in iOS settings, but when I check on T-mobile website, it shows I'm signed up for 5GB. So far, every month, after I use up the free 200 MB, iOS settings switch to showing 1GB. I've just decided to ignore the settings and check the website if I need to know my true usage balance.

Same here. But I need to use iOS to determine my usage since I can't rely on T-Mobile's account page. It literally states I have 200MB all the time.

I get the same pending status so I rely on the iPad's built in usage tracker in the system settings app.

Did anyone try using their SIM and putting it into an iPad Pro? Is the reusable pass bound to the SIM or the iPad itself?
