This one might look cool with a leather case...

I liked the idea of the "Don't Panic" wallpaper from earlier in this thread and I decided to make my own.

And some backgrounds ive used since i got it a few days ago.

Here are the 1st 4. The 1st 2 are from digital blasphemy, just resized. I re-sized all 4 to 1024x768. Not 1024x1024 bc i don't use portrait mode at all ever.
Here are two I took on the USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor. Not bad for an iPhone 3GS.
Could you do iPad screen capture in portrait and post just so we could see what they look like?
They look pretty bad. I can make some 1024x1024's if you're interested. I have the originals on my pc.
It's a start but don't you think it is rather plain? I think a picture of a sun or even a whole galaxy blowing up as the background would be deliciously ironic. I just thought of this. How about a black hole eating a galaxy and the Apple logo in the cent of the black hole?
Well here's another try. I personally like the one without the apple logo better than the one with but I included both just in case.
Let me know if you have any other ideas and I'll keep working on some more backgrounds.
(Sorry for not attaching them, File size got too big and I couldn't bear converting them to JPG just so MR would let me upload them)

Not bad at all Looks better without the apple logo as I realize that gets too busy, the black hole might need a bit more centering. Not sure if this is the best space picture to use but its good. How about with a great super nova pic.
How are people getting these screen captures? Do you use a camera or is there a way to do this on the iPad?
