The BBC app is US only.

Make an iTunes account with an American address and select 'None' for Payment Method.

As it sounds, it's only good for free stuff and code redeeming.

I made them and the desktop, actually. Just trying to get the icons to work right, they're showing up fuzzy, apparently an issue with winterboard.
