There is, of course, no such thing as an iPad3 (but I know what you mean, the 3rd generation of iPads).

I'm not familiar with your specific case, but the dimensions are different. So no, not unless your case is loose fitting anyway or made of stretchy material.

I say this based on the change in dimensions and the fact that most old school iPad cases didn't fit the second gen.
 
I am having the same experience as Laserawesome.

I picked up a new Incase mag case from Target today. It fits like a glove on my new iPad 3. No problems at all with it so far.

The magnet on the back for holding the smart cover is a great feature.

Me too. Just bought a new Incase mag case built for the iPad 2 at Best Buy and it fits just fine on my new iPad.
 
SwitchEasy Nude for iPad 2 just barely fits the new iPad, a very tight fit.

And all cut outs are off by about 1-2mm.
