iPadOS 15.5: No search field in Safari reading list

Hello everyone,

since updating my iPad Pro 10.5 to iPadOS 15.5 I've lost the ability to search through my Safari reading list: The search field is now missing! Is there another way to search through it or is this a bug? Anyone else? My iPhone with iOS 15.5 doesn't seem to be affected.

After a restart and waiting ca. 10 minutes, the search box magically reappeared! Maybe Safari had to rebuild my long reading list after the update... I'll be monitoring this.

Sadly it doesn't work for me. I submitted a Bug Report to Apple.

Yeah, it comes and goes. Today it happened again.

I found that if I open an item in my reading list the “Search Reading List“ box will appear.

I’m on iOS 15.6 and it’s gone. Going to iOS 15 was the stupidest thing I’ve ever done
