That sucks. I had the pre-approval stuff completed, then today I got to the checkout and I had to reenter my CC info. Didn't want to lose valuable time looking it up in the Wallet app (Apple Card), so I just grabbed my old CC and used that. There was no option to use Apple Pay.

Same for me. Had to manually enter my payment info, no option for Apple Pay. It had shown a 9/20 delivery date but once I placed the order it changed to Oct 1 - Oct 4.

Considered it but I like being able to polish my bezels if something happens to my phone. Ceaseless life has its own risks / rewards.

Agreed, this is why I chose Silver as well. The only one with clean stainless silver, much less prone to scratches (no paint that can be removed etc).

Snagged mine! 11 Pro Space Gray, 512GB. Transaction completed at 8:05 EDT. Delivery 9/27-10/1. Dont know if delivery had already slipped a week or if that’s the normal window for that particular model.
I think the top models in particular the top colors sell out pretty quick.

I would expect the plain 11 models to stay in stock.

Pre-Ordered for my wife using her phone and Apple Store App. Had done the pre filling out, so the process was smooth. However, despite completing the order at 5:03 PDT (receiving a 9/23 receiving date), the email took until 5:20 to deliver and shows 9/27-10/1. Not that big a deal, but interesting in the lag in processing and the shifted time which took a very smooth process and added a bit of disappointment to it. Space gray, 11 Pro, 256 GB.

Stores near me in NJ/NYC still show plenty of inventory, except for the Green.

Either interest way down, or they got their S together. Pretty sure it's the former, not the latter...

Oh, well, since you got yours scheduled for the 20th, guess that means demand tanked and Apple is over.

Meanwhile my Pro 256GB Space Gray AT&T is scheduled for delivery Sept 27 to Oct 1, having gone to that from Sept 20 at about 4 minutes after while I re-entered credit card information it told me the other day during pre-approval it wasn't going to use for sales tax. (It said it would use the default payment method on my device, which was a different card from the one I wanted to have on file at Citizens for my first monthly payment this year.)

At least my pre-approval was recognized, unlike some other people in this thread.

But I guess mine was just a fluke and everybody else's will be arriving on the 20th since demand is so far down this year.

Perhaps the fastest, easiest iPhone pre-order I have ever experienced. Completed the pre-qualification for the iPhone Upgrade Program earlier in the week. Pre-ordered iPhone 11 Pro Max 512 Space Gray. Confirmation email was a little delayed, but confirmed arrival date of 9.20.

Ordered through IUP, delivery 9/20, email confirmation took over 20 minutes, though. I always ask UPS to hold the delivery and pick it up at the UPS store.

It looks like the Max Pro in Midnight Green is the most popular option and sold out right away. Especially, the 256GB.

I guess I should have chose the sim-free option (can you do that in iPhone Upgrade Program?) instead of T-Mobile. When I just checked it, sim-free midnight green 256GB iPhone 11 Pro is delivering September 20 while the T-Mobile one is now delivering October 4-11. Mine was 27th at the earliest after 5 or 6 minutes by the time it let me in. Hopefully the times move up, but honestly I don’t care as much this year. Though it would be kinda nice if it didn’t arrive later than the 27th because there is a festival I take the kids to that weekend and last year I really got to test out the XS camera there and I’d like to compare it.

Wow. I processed the Pre-Approval and ordered as soon as the app would allow... so how is the shipping date 9/27 for my 11 Pro Max Silver 256GB?! I know, I know; First world problems, but still. Wtf?!
Same !

iPhone 11 Pro 256 Midnight Green September 27-October 1 delivery... lame. I ordered right when it let me in.
Same!

Ordered 2. 11 pro, 64gb, mid. green. tmobile and 11 pro max 256gb, mid. green, tmobile

My app, at the same time hers allowed her in, switched to the “Almost There, just a few finishing touches” screen, and proceeded to hang there for what felt like an eternity, but was probably at least 8-12 minutes. When it let me in, it still showed midnight green 256 11 pro as delivering the 20th, I tapped place order, had to enter my cc info. (annoying, since it auto fills literally every other place ever), and then hit the order button. I was then informed that it would be delivering oct. 1-4. Whomp whomp

That's what happened for me as well, although in my case the "Almost there" screen went away after about 3 minutes. Showed Sep 20th delivery date, had to manually enter my payment info and then when I ordered it showed a delivery date of Oct 1 - Oct 4. First time I've used the IUP pre-approval and pre-order. Would have figured the payment info wouldn't have needed to have been manually entered. Oh well...

I'm annoyed. I finished one order at 5:05 and the next at 5:10 and both are September 27-October 1. That slipped almost immediately, seeing as the store wasn't up until about 5:02 or 5:03. I got in around 5:03 after constant refreshing and saw it slip from Sept 23 when placing the order to Sept 27 after entering the credit card info.

Super cycle maybe happening

Supercycle

ATT website open at 7:52am and I was able to successfully place my order. iPhone 11 Pro Max - 256GB - Midnight Green. I was worried about the time, so I initiated a chat with a representative and they confirmed that everything is all set. Arriving SEPT. 19th, 2019!!!! Let's see if they'll let it get to me a day early.
