Finally, after years of including the same-old, slower 5W charger in the box with iPhones, Apple has announced that the new iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max will ship with a faster 18W USB-C power adapter. The two higher-end models will also include a Lightning to USB-C cable in the box.

The lower-end iPhone 11, which replaces the iPhone XR, continues to ship with a 5W charger and a Lightning to USB-A cable.

Dumbest name ever and completely negates the rest of the Pro lineup and Apple’s strategy of using the pro title for professional products. It’s just a consumer product. Professionals don’t need this phone anymore than the other ones.

Included but not free. Most people who will buy a Pro already have a better charging option than the 5w anyway.
