So when you set it up, you just used a name instead of the business name and then the address?

It just showed up in my ups app but only the watch shows up if I search using reference. My phone doesn’t show under my number or order number. Also the weight of both packages is .6kgs

iPhone just popped up on UPS My Choice, with weight at 0.60 kg. Interestingly enough, nothing from the Apple Watch, which I ordered 2 days before and is supposed to come on launch day.

Would you recommend holding at CC right now or when the package arrives in the US?

I usually wait until it actually starts moving (typically after it gets to customs in the US) before requesting the hold at the CC. I don’t see why it would be a problem to do it now, but that’s just my preference.

I’ve done some testing with unimportant packages and requesting the hold at about 0300 in the morning on the delivery date worked out fine, although I don’t think I’d push it that close with a phone.

This is accurate cuz it's what messed me up. I was trying to do the iUP but ended up mistakenly signing up for the apple financing because I didn't know that the iUP option disappeared when you selected having a trade-in

To be fair, there's not a huge difference between IUP and Apple financing. You're still getting a no interest loan. If you want to upgrade again next year, just pay off the balance and do another trade in. The financing plan doesn't include AppleCare+, but you can add it on if it's something you want.

PSA for 90% (the other 10% live in rural areas so it may not apply) of those reading these forums. It happens every year so it's good to repeat. You can hold at a UPS CC Facility. A UPS Store IS NOT a UPS CC facility. You risk not being able to pick up your phone until the end of the day sending it to the store.

Citizen will charge my Apple Card the monthly fee and I can pay that each month. No interest and I believe 3% Apple Cash but could be 2%.

For some reason, it won't let you hold at a CC right now. Only a UPS Store. Maybe because the package is still sitting in China.

Same, tried on my laptop and still can’t get the option for CC, only UPS Store. And when I selected one, it changed the date from 9/20 to 9/23, so I didn’t do it..argh
