It’s only 5:06 am in China so they are still waking up!! Lol
I’m in similar situations as you but you don’t have a tracking number and I do but mine hasn’t moved at all.

I did two years ago when the X came out. My preorder was still a couple of weeks out, and I saw that they had the model I wanted available for in store pick up that day. I cancelled the preorder and my AT&T upgrade was restored within minutes.

right next to the “my phone was delivered at 1203pm and the app said it would be delivered between 8 and 12. I am entitled to a full refund for my phone.” It has happened more than once on this forum where people will pester and pester trying to use a small delay as justification to be compensated because they had to wait a few hours for their phone.

I’m good! Skipped last year and upgrading this year. Gotta find a way to get rid of my X cases now, lol. Started off with the silicone for the 11 Pro. I’m sure I won’t be stopping there

Finally got my "Ready for UPS" status and reference numbers.
I have so many cases for my xr. I'm in the same boat as you..lol. I need to unload all of my xr cases. I'm going to try and stick with my apple leather case for the 11 pro which was delivered yesterday.
Random question - anyone else in here #TeamRaw when it comes to their iPhones? No case no screen protectors?

Once our orders move to processing we should start seeing some movement to 'preparing for shipment' over the weekend.
Once this happens you should be able to get details on your phone and let the tracking begin!
Here are some notes to help track orders:
If your phone status has changed to "Shipped", you can view the invoice on the Apple site. That invoice has the serial number on it.
Go to Apple.com, then pick the ORDERS page (the little "shopping bag" icon at the far right on the home page... go to your orders page). Now, log in, and find your iPhone order... and click on Print All Invoices to see your shiny new iPhone serial number.
You can look up the week of manufacture and factory here, using the serial number:

If your phone number isn’t working for UPS tracking, use your order number but subtract the last two numbers/letters. Say your order number is: W123456789, you'd put in: W1234567 - make sure to use the tracking by reference feature.
