same thing here. Tried on computer and even if I put the city where it’s at it won’t show up. It’s like they blocked it this year. UPS CC just won’t work. I may try calling them.

I know people who didn't get a tracking number until after they'd received their phone.
Use your cell phone number. Don’t worry, it will show up. Mine just did an hour ago for my phone but nothing yet on my series 5 Hermès Apple Watch.

I really do expect that you'll get it Friday. Every year, many people don't get tracking info until Tuesday or even Wednesday. It's way too early to be concerned.

Congrats! I’m the Apple user in my relationship and definitely set my wedding (10/21) for a time safely after the phones were delivered and in use!
I was able to do a delivery change to a UPS CC after the label was created (and before the origin scan).

Personally, I wouldn't risk changing to a UPS Store. I'd just wait at home if I didn't have the CC option.
My orders all show the cell number of the phone as one of the reference numbers.
Use Cell phone number or order number.
right now when I try and track on UPS by reference number using my cell phone number it says there are no orders. But then when I go to “my choice” for my deliveries my iPhone is showing up there but it’s not showing up when I do the tracking through reference number. very strange but I don’t care as long as it shows it shipped.
So far iphone has a label but nothing on my new Hermès Watch.
Opposite story here - nothing on computer but shows up in UPS app on my iPhone.

I ordered a watch and a 512 11 Pro Max. Both are at "preparing to ship". The Watch shows in UPS (referenced by my phone number and web order number) at .60 KGS.
Same. I only have the ready for ups first entry and I just selected hold for pickup at my CC
it's so weird! i entered in the UPS CC address and it still didn't even show me that as an option. bizarre...update us if calling works!
No it shouldn't. If you did change to UPS Store that could cause delay but not to the HUB.

It’s bizarre. I’ve always been able to choose CC. But this year, nope. Argh.
Trying to decide on taking the delay gamble of choosing a regular UPS Store location for pickup...
I just checked by change delivery and for me I do have the option to hold for pick up at my local UPS CC, it's not grayed out for me. Typically Apple does put a restrictions on these but don't think they ever follow through because whenever I order Apple product and ships via Fedex, and I request a hold for pick up, sometimes I get a call stating that I will need to contact Apple to get that restriction lifted because they placed a shippers restriction, but never had issues with requesting a hold for pick u as it always gone through.
Now I'm still waiting 2 more trackings, then I'll change all 5 for a pick up at UPS CC at once.
